Description:
Maintain static set-ups & rate maintenance to facilitate reconciliation of invoices
Meet Service Level Agreement targets
Work on SmartStreams Transactions, Fees Cost and Invoice Management solution ensuring all service level agreements are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Connect to various data sources (SQL Server, Excel, SharePoint, etc.) and transform data using Power Query and DAX.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Optimize data models for performance and scalability.
Implement row-level security and data governance best practices.
Maintain and troubleshoot existing Power BI reports and dashboards.
Integrate Power BI reports into other applications using embedded analytics.
Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices.
Key Skills:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with Power BI.
Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), and data modelling.
Experience with SQL and relational databases.
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
Understanding of business processes and KPIs.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate (Power BI).
Experience with Azure Data Services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Synapse).
Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
