The Challenge: Building a Better Working World

The core of this scholarship is a business case competition. You need to submit an idea that helps create a better working world. Evaluation Criteria: Your idea will be judged on four main pillars: Innovation: Is the idea fresh and creative? Clarity of Thought: Is the roadmap clear and logical? Passion to Win: Do you demonstrate the drive to succeed? Impact: What is the potential impact on the working world?

"A Brand Called YOU" – Exclusive Learning Module

Even if you don't win, there is value in participating. All registered students get access to a special 2-hour virtual session titled "A Brand Called YOU." This session helps you transition from campus to corporate by teaching you how to: Decipher your personal brand. Make your presence felt and present yourself to an audience. Learn corporate vocabulary and develop a growth mindset. (Participants receive a certificate upon completion of this module).

Eligibility Criteria

The program is open to all students currently pursuing graduation courses across colleges in India. There are no stream restrictions—innovation can come from anywhere.

How to Participate (Step-by-Step)

The process is competitive but straightforward:

1. Register: Complete the online registration to participate.
2. Submit Business Case: Upload your business case idea on the topic "Building a better working world."
3. Screening: An EY panel will screen submissions and select the Top 50 Finalists.
4. Final Presentation: Finalists will present their business case directly to the EY panel.
