Application Requirements

A complete application package is mandatory. Incomplete submissions will be disqualified.

• Application Form: Submitted online or by mail.
• Essays: Typed, 12-pt Times New Roman, double-spaced, 1-inch margins. You must include the word count.
• Documents: Resume, Recommendation Letter, and an Official High School Transcript (including grades 9-11 and 1st semester of grade 12).
